Swire Ridgeway Arts Prize 2021
EXHIBITION
For the Swire Ridgeway Arts Prize there are four separate classes for:
- wall art (including painting, drawing, etching, textile pictures and wall hangings, and mosaics),
- sculpture (including ceramics),
- photography (including digital art), and
- writing (poetry or prose).
Entries generally comply with the following guidelines:
- wall art may be carried out in any medium (oil, watercolour, pencil, pastel, textile, mosaic etc.) and any size up to a maximum unframed size of 2.0 metres in any dimension.
- sculptures including ceramics may be in any material but excluding unduly fragile materials, of any size up to a maximum of 2.0 metres in any dimensions and not more than 100kg in weight.
- photographs and digital art have been submitted as an electronic .jpg.
- pieces of written prose or poetry should be a minimum of 200 words and maximum of 5,000 words in English.
