Entries generally comply with the following guidelines:

• wall art may be carried out in any medium (oil, watercolour, pencil, pastel, textile, mosaic etc.) and any size up to a maximum unframed size of 2.0 metres in any dimension.
• sculptures including ceramics may be in any material but excluding unduly fragile materials, of any size up to a maximum of 2.0 metres in any dimensions and not more than 100kg in weight.
• photographs and digital art have been submitted as an electronic .jpg.
• pieces of written prose or poetry should be a minimum of 200 words and maximum of 5,000 words in English.
